Description
The Streamlight SuperTac X features a C4® LED with a 50,000 hour lifetime. This light is constructed from an unbreakable polycarbonate with a scratch-resistant coating and is o-ring sealed. The SuperTac X has 3 modes: High " 40,000 candela peak beam intensity, 200 Lumens, 2.5 hours runtime. Low " 2000 candela peak beam intensity, 10 Lumens, 50 hours runtime. It also has a strobe function as well. The deep-dish parabolic reflector produces a long range targeting beam with optimum peripheral illumination to aid in navigation. Optimized electronics provide regulated intensity. This light is powered by two 3 Volt "CR 123A" lithium batteries with a shelf life of ten years. To turn the light on and off, the SuperTac has a push-button tactical tailswitch, enabling one handed operation of momentary, variable intensity or strobe mode. It has an IPX-4 rated design. and all openings are o-ring sealed to resist moisture. The LED solid state circuitry provides a regulated light output throughout battery life.
