The ProTac HL-4 is a new tactical flashlight being released by Streamlight®, that is geared particularly toward military and law enforcement groups. It has Streamlight's TENTAP® programming technology for changing brightness settings, Duel Fuel technology so that the light can take two kinds of batteries -- either four CR123A lithium primary, or two 18650 rechargeable lithium-ion (li-ion) cells. Is rated at 7 on the IPX scale for water resistance, and at 1m for impact resistance. Made from hard-anodized aircraft aluminum, with a glass lens that is a TIR type optic (total internal reflection). Has rubber sleeve on flashlight body, power switch on tailcap, and anti-roll head. Contains Streamlight C4® LED bulb as light source, and Streamlight's Solid State Power Regulation, for the ability to emit a strong and steady throw. The tube holding the batteries in the flashlight body can hold a couple of different battery types, like CR123A and 18650, and will keep your batteries tight, preventing them from rolling within the barrel.
